I’ve been a client of Mt. Diablo Insurance Brokers (MDIB) for three years. My old policy was through Farmer’s and it felt like my policy premium kept creeping up year after year and eventually was well above what my family could afford. MDIB reviewed my policy and priced out multiple carriers of equal coverage for hundreds less each year. Since I first became a client, the price and coverage was right; however, the level of customer service keeps me a happy customer.

Jake and Stephanie at MDIB are easy to get a hold of, responsive to emails and phone calls, and met with me in person to discuss my recent coverage challenges. My family hired a live-in nanny who required use of the car.
